The company PRIME CONSTRUCTION initially undertook the conversion of a ground floor shop into a two-level residence, the 3D photorealistic visualization and later the functional, energy and aesthetic upgrade of the apartment in question, with a total area of \u200b\u200b55 square meters. With the completion of all the renovation and interior design work, the apartment consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. <\/span><\/p>

Briefly, the phases of the renovation are the following: (1) Project Identity: on-site autopsy of the space to be renovated by a Civil Engineer in the presence of the owner, (2) Design Approach: spatial redefinition and 3D photorealistic visualization of the space by an Architect, in collaboration with an Interior Decorator, (3) Project Licensing: issuance of a renovation work permit, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4495\/2017 by a Civil Engineer, (4) Project Implementation: renovation works by specialized and certified crews of various specialties, (5) Project Supervision: each renovation work is carried out under the supervision of a Civil Engineer and (6) Project Delivery: meticulous control of the proper functioning of the renovated area. <\/span><\/p>

The following works were carried out in the apartment: (1) general clearance - removal inside and outside the property and removal of all rubbish in a collection bin, (2) replacement of the water supply and drainage network, (3) construction of a cooling and heating network using wall-mounted air conditioners of bodies (4) replacement of the electrical network, (5) radical renovation of the bathroom and wc, (6) floor covering using porcelain tiles, (7) special constructions using dry construction materials, (8) carpentry work for the construction of new kitchen furniture, wardrobes, bookcases and other storage areas, (9) creation of a facade and replacement of external frames in the same openings with new energy-type ones, (10) replacement of internal frames and an armored security door, (11) ) installation of integrated alarm system and internal cameras, (12) plastering and internal oil painting in all areas and (14) renovation works in the surrounding area.<\/span><\/p>

For the renovation of the apartment, branded and certified building materials were used. Each work was carried out by specialized crews and under the constant supervision of the Certified Engineers of our office. With the delivery of the site, the owners were given a written guarantee of good installation and operation of the facilities. <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
