Plumbing work in bathroom and kitchen:

  • construction of a new water supply and drainage network, using branded and certified materials,
  • use of water intake panel, isolation of each line for maximum safety and ergonomics,
  • replacement of switches and floor grates,
  • installation of sanitary ware.

Electrical Works in all areas:

  • construction of an entirely new electrical network in all areas of the property,
  • transfer of supply of all lighting fixtures and installation of the new fixtures,
  • complete replacement of all the switching material in all areas of the property, by the LEGRAND company, in a white shade.

Tiled flooring throughout:

  • supply of first-class tiles (ceramic or porcelain tiles, maximum price €15/sqm), on all internal floors of the property,
  • supply of branded and certified building materials for tile bonding (resin-based tile adhesives, based on cement and water-repellent grouts of the ISOMAT company,
  • installation of tiles by a specialist workshop.

Security frames and doors:

  • internal frames - doors (up to 5 pieces) and external frames (up to 4 pieces),
  • supply and installation of an armored security door with 19 locking points.

Kitchen furniture:

  • handmade kitchen furniture of high quality and resistance to time, up to 8 meters long.
  • cabinets - melamine or bakelite cabinets and mechanisms - drawers with aluminum frame,
  • counter top branded sink,
  • counter top, total thickness of 4 cm,
  • sliding - drawer hood,
  • kitchen mixer tap,
  • other kitchen furniture accessories (knobs, stainless steel sink bottom, sliding waste bin, plate holder, spoon holder and plastic waste in inox shade.
  • color selection following designer guidance providing a huge range of materials.

Oil paintings:

  • grinding operations, internal and external surfaces using a special machine

  • plastering repair works,

  • priming surfaces with ecological primer.

  • oil painting works, in 2 coats using branded, certified and ecological paints of leading companies,

  • providing advice on choosing the right color,

  • color selection following designer guidance providing a huge range of materials.

  • possibility of choosing colors by the owner.

Heating Network:

  • general stripping - removal of all internal floors of the property and removal of all rubbish in a rubbish collection bin,
  • supply of branded and certified thermo-hydraulic equipment (pipes - φ18x2.5mm networked polyethylene heating pipe,

  • independent supply per body with a single pipe without intermediate joints and installation of an independent wall collector and supplies for 5 radiators,

  • covering all the internal floors of the property using gross concrete building materials, before laying the tiles,

  • supply and installation of a branded double condensing natural gas wall-mounted boiler and 5 branded radiators.

All renovation works are carried out only under the constant supervision of a Certified Civil Engineer, so in combination with our specialized workshops, we guarantee that all works will be done correctly, without bad techniques so that the final result will be functionally and aesthetically excellent over time.
