The company with the distinctive title PRIME CONSTRUCTION was founded at the beginning of 2012 by Mr. Parisis Emmanuel, Diploma in Civil Engineering, active member of TEE since 2008 and holder of a Master's Degree in the field of Construction (MSc Structural Engineering), while until today functions as an integrated Technical Office.
Our office has Certified Engineers and Interior Decorators as well as a large number of specialized manufacturers of various specialties.
We work with many suppliers of building materials, as a result of which all the materials we use are branded and certified and durable over time.
Our Office is addressed to Individuals and Professionals who want immediate and effective solutions in their residence or business premises.
PRIME CONSTRUCTION's Philosophy
We believe that no project can be completed if some key factors are not considered.
- The human factor is the starting point for every project. We listen to your needs, your anxieties, your desires, your particularities, we discuss with you about the reformation of the residential environment and we invest in interpersonal relationships in order to contribute to social cohesion.
- The environment, physical and aesthetic, is the second key factor. Each technical project must respect the environment in which it is included. From our point of view, the main axes in this course are recycling, the use of non-energy-intensive materials, bioclimatic design and harmonized architectural design.
- Economy and cost containment in both design and construction is one of the most pressing factors to check. In this difficult economic situation we are experiencing, we use your money efficiently and effectively.
- Time is the other factor we take seriously. Time may not stand still, but there is a way to make the most of it. We try to consume the shortest period of time for the thorough completion of a study and its implementation. Each of our projects follows a schedule which helps in better planning from our client's side.
