Home Savings 2023

Execonomio 2023 has a total budget of 300 million euros and is included in the projects of the Recovery and Resilience Fund (R.A.A.) and for each residence that will be selected to participate in the program the goal is: the mandatory upgrade by at least 3 energy categories to ensure primary energy savings of more than 30% for each beneficiary

The interventions that are considered eligible by the new Save 2023 are the following:

  • Replacement of external frames.
  • Thermal insulation system upgrade.
  • Cooling, heating and lighting system upgrade.
  • Domestic hot water system through renewable energy sources.
  • Other energy saving interventions such as installing a smart home.

Conditions for inclusion in Exochonamo 2023:

The residences that will be selected for inclusion in the program must meet the following strict criteria:

  • To exist legally.
  • That they have not been deemed demolishable.
  • To be used as the principal residences of applicants in the scheme.
  • To have been assessed (based on the First Energy Upgrade Certificate) in a category lower than or equal to category C.
  • Not eligible using a short term rental.

Important: If the application is considered "in principle eligible" for submission to "Excoionamo 2023" it is required to issue and submit to the "Electronic Building Identity" program.

What are the supporting documents required to participate in Exochonamo 2023:

The supporting documents required for the application for inclusion in the program are:

  • Building permit or other corresponding document (e.g. settlement of arbitrariness).
  • PPC account.
  • First Energy Performance Certificate (A' PEA).
  • Photos of the parts of the property in which the interventions are proposed (5 jpeg photos).
  • Declaration of applicant-owner compliance with the De Minimis regulation in case the property is to be rented or is being rented.
  • Tax declarations (E1, E2, E9, Settlement).
