3D photorealistic visualization and renovation of an apartment in Thessaloniki
The company PRIME CONSTRUCTION initially undertook the 3D photorealistic visualization and later the functional, energy and aesthetic upgrading of the apartment in question, with a total area of 175 square meters. With the completion of all renovation and interior design work, the apartment consists of 1 living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 offices, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
Briefly, the phases of the renovation are the following: (1) Project Identity: on-site autopsy of the space to be renovated by a Civil Engineer in the presence of the owner, (2) Design Approach: spatial redefinition and 3D photorealistic visualization of the space by an Architect, in collaboration with an Interior Decorator, (3) Project Licensing: issuance of a renovation work permit, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4495/2017 by a Civil Engineer, (4) Project Implementation: renovation works by specialized and certified crews of various specialties, (5) Project Supervision: each renovation work is carried out under the supervision of a Civil Engineer and (6) Project Delivery: meticulous control of the proper functioning of the renovated area.
The following works were carried out in the apartment: (1) removal of internal walls in order to create a single kitchen-living room, providing comfort, lighting and ventilation to the space, (2) other removals - removal and collection of all bases in a collection bin, (3) replacement of the mains water supply and drainage, (4) construction of a heating network using a wall-mounted natural gas boiler and underfloor heating, (5) replacement of the electrical network, (6) radical renovation of the bathroom and wc, (7) floor covering using porcelain tiles and granite tiles, ( 8) special constructions using dry construction materials, (9) carpentry work for the construction of new kitchen furniture, wardrobes, bookcases and other storage areas, (10) replacement of all external frames in the same openings with new energy-efficient ones, (11) replacement of internal frames and armored security door, (12) installation of integrated alarm system and internal cameras, (13) plastering and internal oil painting in all areas and (14) renovation work on the balconies of the apartment.
For the renovation of the apartment, branded and certified building materials were used. Each work was carried out by specialized crews and under the constant supervision of the Certified Engineers of our office. With the delivery of the site, the owners were given a written guarantee of good installation and operation of the facilities.
